What We Offer
A dull blade reduces efficiency and degrades the quality of your timber, causing inconsistent, wandering cuts. We specialise in sharpening and setting Wood-Mizer sawmill blades to save you time, effort, and money.
Proper resharpening extends blade life while restoring the crisp cutting performance of a new blade, improving productivity and lowering operating costs.

Sharpening and setting pricing is a flat rate of $35 plus GST per blade. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.

While we try to sharpen all blades we receive, sometimes damage can occur when milling and we are unable to sharpen these. Common reasons blades are rejected are:
Too many damaged teeth.
Bent/kinked blade.
Cracked blade.

Please send 5 or more blades at a time, of the same type.
Do not send broken or kinked blades, or blades missing 4 teeth in a row, or 7 teeth total.
Blades rusted to the point that the weld cannot easily be identified.
Our Process
Contact Us
Contact us to confirm the lead time and cost of service, which will vary depending on quantity and type of blades.
Shipping
Pack your dull blades in the original box and post them to us. Make sure to include your name, email address, phone number and the return address.
Sharpen and Set
When we receive your blades, we will let you know. We will sharpen, set and oil them for you, checking for any defects. Once complete, we will email you an invoice.
Returned
Once payment has been received, we will ship the blades back to you.
